Credit and information authorization

By accepting the authorization in the application, you authorize Direct Motors, its financing partners, banks, credit unions, prospective assignees, and service providers to obtain consumer reports and investigate or verify your identity, employment, income, residence, and credit history in connection with your application and any resulting account, as permitted by law. You authorize Direct Motors to submit and disclose your application information to potential financing sources for that purpose.

Certification

You certify that the information you submit is true, complete, and provided voluntarily for your own application. You understand that inaccurate or incomplete information may delay consideration or result in the application being declined. Submission does not guarantee approval, availability, rate, payment, or other financing terms.

Electronic records and signatures

You consent to receive, review, sign, and submit application records electronically. Your typed legal name is intended as your electronic signature. To use electronic records, you need an active email address, internet access, a current browser, and software capable of displaying and saving PDF or PNG files. You may print or save these disclosures from your browser.

You may withdraw consent before submission by closing the application and contacting Direct Motors for a paper process. Withdrawal does not affect records already signed or submitted. To request a paper copy without charge or update your contact information, email info@directmotors.com or write to Direct Motors at 2801 W Magnolia Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505.

Application communications

You authorize Direct Motors and participating financing sources to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide about this application and requested transaction. This application authorization is not consent to unrelated promotional marketing.
